Molder & Forge works directly with Capital Strength and Conditioning, one of the top private gyms in North Carolina, to provide personal training services. Capital Strength features 4,200 sqft of equipment chosen for its quality, versatility, and effectiveness in building strength, agility, and overall fitness.

Personal Training clients of Molder & Forge enjoy all of the perks of membership at Capital Strength including new member promotions, access to community workouts and events, and a free gym tee. Molder & Forge clients are expected to maintain the same respect and contractual obligations as all Capital Strength members.

Prior to training, we will perform an in-depth movement assessment and strategy consult to discuss your challenges, goals, and the steps you need to take to achieve them. In addition, we will have regular check-ins to ensure your habits and programming are staying on track.
