All-Inclusive Programming

Programming written and catered for you. With a personalized Google Sheet constantly reviewed and updated by your trainer.

How-To Videos

Exercises have linked videos how to perform the exercises, common mistakes, and helpful cues to make the exercises less about your own research and more about having fun.

Form Feedback

You will get feedback on form as you need it. We will always ask for form checks on your main lifts, but you can ask for feedback on any exercises.

Though we are athletic trainers, we are people first, and we understand the nuanced and sometimes difficult relationships we can have with our bodies. We aim to understand your personal experiences, and create a space in which you can grow without judgement.

Fitness advice is meaningless unless it takes into account the unique qualities of the individual. We take the guesswork out of your programming by first getting to know you, your habits, and your goals, and then producing a program that suits your personal needs. You are always our top priority.

Consistency is key when attaining any goal you set for yourself, but we understand that life throws a curveball every once in a while. We will never demean you or your commitment to your goals if you fall off track. We will, however, help you adapt to your challenges and emerge stronger.
